Whimsie Doodles Challenge

Starting this month, Whimsie Doodles will be doing monthly challenges (versus the prior weekly challenge). September's Challenge is a Photo Inspiration Challenge, and here is the photo...

 I used the circle and the colors for my inspiration to make a Halloween cookie pouch.
