Breast Cancer Awareness Challenges

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and many blogs and stamp companies are sponsoring challenges to increase the awareness of breast cancer. I got the Breast Cancer Ribbon shape card at The Cutting Cottage. Here's my card for a few of these challenges...


Whimsie Doodle's challenge is to create a card/project using the color pink. WD has 4 images that are perfect for this challenge Hope Fights, Hope Fights - Skirt, Save the Hooters, and Get 'em Squished. One hundred percent from the sale of these images will be donated to Relay for Life for Breast Cancer. You can use one of these images, a different image, or not even go with a breast cancer awareness theme and just use pink as the main color on you card/project.

Party Time Tuesday is challenging crafters to make a shape card and/or any Breast Cancer Awareness card regardless of the shape!

Just Yolie is hosting a linking party through October 14th to raise breast cancer awareness by having crafters link their "pink" projects to her blog. There are over $3,000 worth of giveaways from 83 sponsors. You can see the list of prizes HERE.

Hand Stamped Sentiments is also aving a Think Pink Challenge. See details here.
SCS in patnership with the UT MD Anderson Cancer Center is hosting the second annual month long card drive to benefit those affected by breast cancer. There are lots of challenges and prizes. Check it out.

As MS October, I'm hosting a Think Pink challenge over at Bombshell Stamps Forum. Check back on Oct 19 to see my design along with some inspiration from the Bombshell Girls. You could win free stamps!

Link Up For Pink now has a Relay for Life page. They are one of the three virtual Relay for Life groups and the first ever blog event to be recognized by the American Cancer Society. If you would like to make a monetary donation, please click HERE.
